Career Opportunities
FRONT DESK RECEPTION
This position is the first smiling face for guests entering the main portion of Platinum. This position must be knowledgeable of all Platinum services and offerings. A few of the responsibilities of the front desk receptionist will be to greet all guests, direct guests to the upstairs suites, answer phone calls, schedule appointments and seat guests in the nail bar and provide them with drinks while they wait.

SPA RECEPTION
The moment a guest steps into our spa, they walk into a memorable experience. As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll the first point of contact to this experience and the person that they must trust to offer service insights and confidently handle transactions. You will be responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls courteously and professionally, giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors. You will also perform a variety of clerical duties as assigned by the spa.
CONCIERGE
You will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. You will be responsible for providing our guests with a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel welcome. You will be responsible for waiting on our guests hand and foot toensure that they are immersed in the ultimate customer service experience. You will work closely with the technicians and the chef to ensure that the flow of services is carried out seamlessly. You will work to ensure that any issues that arise are handled and are not felt by the guests. Must be 21 and must be able to obtain an alcohol handlers permit. Server experience is helpful.
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Our Massage Therapists will provide services that include performing professional and quality massage while utilizing approved techniques within the scope of practice and licensing and in alignment with policies and protocols in our franchised location as well as designing specific sessions based on member’s/guest’s individual needs. Must be licensed and have prior massage therapist experience.
LICENSED AESTHETICIANS
Our licensed aestheticians will provide skin care services, including facials, body treatments, and hair removal by consultations. They will make professional product recommendations to guests and uphold the standards and guest processes of Platinum Beauty Bar & Spa while consistently increasing guest retention, service, and product sales.
LICENSED NAIL TECHNICIAN
Our licensed nail technicians will provide manicure and pedicure services to our guests such as cleaning, filing, trimming, polishing, and repairing fingernails and toenails. They will offer professional treatments to clients, such as applying artificial nails or moisturizing hands and feet and sell additional services and products

Deposit Disclaimer: All deposits are non-refundable. we are happy to reschedule your service with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of cancellation.
Late Arrivals: The guest should arrive at least 20 minutes before the first service time. If guests arrive 15 minutes late into the service time, the service time is subject to be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. The amount of time that the service will be abbreviated will be determined by remaining scheduled guests and is up to the staff and the therapist or technician discretion; and will be charged full-service value.
